I love spicy, so smoky chilpotle is perfect. I didn my react and the website says “tinga is slightly spicier than mild” and described it as a nice smoky tangy chipotle heat. 1 bomb was broken, i used 4lb chicken vs 3. the only thing I added other than the onion, was like 2-3 tbsp butter since used breast v thigh so it didn’t dry out. i was CRUSHED when it was too hot to even eat. I gave it to coworkers who told me it was too hot for their whole Hispanic family as well. CS response basically “well it’s hot guess you’re not tough enough” instead of acknowledging maybe it could be a bad batch.
