Peppers are cheaper and allow you to make more for less. I made birria with both these and dried peppers from the store and preferred the peppers version. Honestly just go support a local Mexican grocery and buy peppers they’re cheaper than you’d think. Pics are of the dried pepper birria I made. :)

Some of them came broken. That DOESN’T mean that they won’t taste good. It just sucks that I won’t have the experience with some of them. It wasn't safely packed. No bubble wrap However, I CAN’T wait to try them. We are making some tacos on Tuesday and we will see how good they come out flavor wise.

We loved it, I’m only taking off a star because a bomb is for a 4lb roast, I got a 2 lb roast. I wish the bombs were smaller in size and more of them for this reason- my family can’t eat 4lbs of meat at once.
