My household is a pozole rojo household but after trying the pozole verde, we are definitely loving it too. The only adjustment to the recipe is that we used two cans of hominy instead of one. The taste is authentic, flavorful and the perfect amount of salt. I’ve already recommended it to family. I’ve tried and love their birria bomb too, going to try the pozole rojo next and I’m sure it delicious from the reviews I’ve read. Thank you for making a great authentic Mexican product!

I ordered on Tuesday on the 1st day of these Verde pozole going on sale. It shipped so fast and it arrived the very next day in AZ. I started with cooking fresh pozole, not canned. Then the last 30 mins, I added chicken thighs with the verde bomb. This bomb is literally THEE BOMB! The seasoning and spice level is perfection. I can’t speak to the flavor yet I can only express moderate disappointment that I received a package of chunks/crumbs. I’ll need to weigh it and divide the contents into even portions so that I have the equivalent for what used to be two bombs. It won’t degrade the taste of course. Will update.
