I play roller derby. About 1.5 years ago I found out I had POTS and AVRT. Roller Derby practices were getting to the point where I had a "chaperone" at all times just in case I felt faint. I have POTS (a form of dysautonomia) with various comorbidities and already use Buoy's hydration drops everywhere I can. This salt now allows me to add even more electrolytes throughout my day. I can add the salt to my breakfast and the drops to my coffee! The salt also helps if you're in a pinch and don't have a beverage hanging around. It's much nicer carrying a glass jar than salt packets for when I get lightheaded. Plus, it really does feel different than regular salt - like it dissolves quicker on your tongue, so you don't have to chew the gritty bits of normal salt. This is such an amazing product, after being diagnosed with hypertension several years ago; I started watching my intake of salt/sodium stated only using Sea Salt and Himalayan Salt which was great for helping with my blood pressure.
