I have C-PTSD, ADHD, Autism, and PCOS (and I get awful vertigo & migraines if I don’t keep hydrated). I almost have the whole alphabet! 😆 I also live in Texas and it’s VERY HOT & HUMID. My retired service dog chose the Rescue Drops over the Hydration Drops! She brought them to me as I was on the kitchen floor attempting to not faint. She could have chosen the Hydration Drops, but she chose the better option! I'm absolutely LOVING these Rescue Drops! The Hydration drops have less of a taste to it, but as someone with POTS who requires extra salt daily, I'm pretty used to things tasting salty! I can barely taste it in my coffee, and I got used to it in just a couple days!

This stuff changed my life, practically overnight! I started on the regular hydration drops but switched to the extra strength as soon as they were offered. I have some undiagnosed health issues but my dr suspects POTS and maybe Ehlers Danlos, currently waiting on insurance to approve the next step in testing. Ive always felt thirsty, since I was a child. And ive always had an overactive bladder. I had to wake up 4 or more times a night to use the restroom. Traveling was challenging as I had to know where the nearest restroom was along my journey. My husband just automatically stops at every rest stop along the way if we are driving. The same day I started using Bouy drops I only woke up once to use the restroom during the night. I actually dont constantly feel thirsty anymore! My headaches and sinus issues are much less severe and frequent, as are my dizzy spells. If I dont have a new bottle on me and have to drink plain water I can feel the difference in a few hours. Im desperately thirsty again and have to run to the bathroom every hour or so! When I get home and get some Bouy in my water bottle I start feeling better. I only use the extra strength hydration drops in the white bottle. I do taste a tiny hint of something but its not objectionable. Kind of like if you had a sports drink and finished it and put plain water in the cup without washing it. I dont mind at all especially considering the benefits I get. Its the only electrolyte supplement I can stand as I only like to drink water. I dont care for flavors and sweeteners of any kind and many upset my stomach. Bouy Drops feel like something my body needs and it's natural and easy to process it. Please never stop making this product! 🙏 ❤️

These drops are highly effective. I have zero clue if I’m squirting the right amount into my drinks, but it’s helping so 🤷‍♀️. I call them ocean since it kinda tastes like ocean, but I got used to it very quickly and would much rather it taste like ocean than have it be flavored with extraneous ingredients that are definitely fake. I also love that there’s no sugar or calories which means I can fast while drinking these! Many many benefits. I know there’s a Reddit saying they aren’t good for POTS and are expensive but they’re not. They are INCREDIBLE for POTS, my partner calls them miracle drops and they’re saving me hundreds of dollars if not. a thousand compared to what I used to be on. They also have a discount for chronically ill people, trust buoy, they are worth it.

I started using Buoy over a year ago to help with my POTS and ME/CFS symptoms. I had been using other powder brands for a few years before that. Buoy is 100% easier and more effective for me! Not only do I always remember to use it (I often forgot the powder b/c it required additional effort when filling my water bottle,) but it mixes easily and I can add it to all my drinks, not just water. My hydration levels have improved so much that I haven’t had to have an IV saline infusion for almost a year! I started with the blue hydration bottle and now I use the white rescue drops. I had no idea how dehydrated I was until my friend gave me an a bottle of buoy to try. I haven’t had headaches for six months. I had no idea the reason for my headaches was dehydration. Dehydration is the cause of so many illnesses. It is super important that we stay hydrated and some of us need these trace minerals to rehydrate. I definitely recommend utilizing the subscription service. It seems like a lot for six bottles, but they start to go faster. I put two big squirts when I refill my 40 ounce cup.

I’m in still in the beginning stages of my hydration journey and still figuring out how much sodium I need, but I’m starting to notice a little bit of a difference. I feel a bit more alert and it’s starting to help with my dizziness. My only complaint is it’s not truly flavorless. I’m hit with the saltiness (which is something I’m going to have to get used to) and then there’s an unpleasant aftertaste. I don’t notice the aftertaste much in flavored beverages so I’ll be using Buoy for that and something else for my water. Side note, my mom gifted me some emergency salt and it’s amazing! I just wish it was in a mini salt shaker where there’s a section to scoop it out if you still wanted to do that. It’d be much more sanitary.

I love this sea salt unsweetened electrolytes combined with the 70+ trace elements, to maintain my hydration during my chemotherapy. And the price is so reasonable compared to other brands which use table salt combined with potassium, calcium and magnesium (which I take separately as part of my vitamins at a much cheaper price).
