These drops are amazing. Before I got these drops I would put Celtic salt under my tongue. I would forget to do it through out the day, therefore I didn’t get results. These drops make it easy. You just squeeze it in a drink (very small squeeze), and it is tasteless. I can’t wait to try the other drops this brand carry’s. My results have been amazing. I’ve been hydrated which has helped my gut tremendously. It has helped with my mid afternoon crash as well as foggy headed. I am so grateful I found these.

I was diagnosed with POTS this past spring- and while so many of my health related questions were answered- I was so lost on how I would healthily add more sodium and electrolytes into my diet. Doing table salt “shots” while being an ED nurse was helping with my flares at work- but for that’s an awful taste. Buoy has made it not only easy but- delicious to keep myself hydrated and healthy. I deal with extreme brain fog and I have tried so many supplements that I hoped would help and they just didn’t. I was so excited to try these and see if my brain fog would improve at all. I swear these have helped me so much to stay focused at work and not stumble on my words as much! If you deal with brain fog and have pots give these a try!!! As someone who regularly struggles with dehydration and temperature regulation issues, I was very excited to try these drops! They are effective and conveniently sized to bring on the go. My only criticism is that the aftertaste can be a little overpowering if I'm even the slightest bit too heavy-handed on a squeeze--you get all the minerally taste that would come after swallowing a multivitamin with every sip. I think this is likely because of the nootropics and might not be an issue with other Buoy products. They do have fantastic, personalized customer service and genuinely seem to care about providing excellent service to customers with chronic health conditions.

These drops are so so so helpful for pots!! Since i started using them i’ve noticed a decrease in brain fog and an easier time focusing. I also love that they have the electrolytes like the original drops. In comparison to the electrolyte drops i think these have way more benefits!! they are completely flavorless (unless you use too much but that’s fully user error on my part)!! i have zero complaints!

I have to say, after testing these drops for about a week, I haven't noticed anything drastic but I do love the addition of these to my water and drinks throughout the day--that is, if you remember to take the bottle with you everywhere you go! In order to get the full benefits, Buoy recommends at least 7 drops a day and that can be tricky with a busy lifestyle! If you can do that, amazing. But for someone who needs a big dose of electrolytes and vitamins to keep them going, these might not be for you. I think the taste take some getting used to, as it's quite mineral and anise heavy but I personally like it and love the addition of lime juice in this line!!! I will keep using them regardless! :)

I've been using Buoy Brain Health Drops for several days and I must say that I absolutely love what this company stands for. I have noticed lasting focus and memory recall with the memory games I challenge myself with regularly at my older age to stay sharp. I'm so thankful for the quality of the ingredients and how there's no added flavorings or sweeteners! I've grown so tired of all the stuff companies add to their products in these days. It's quite refreshing that Bouy understands that real people want real ingredients and nothing more! I enjoy the convenience of having hydration with just a squeeze! I also love the taste! These drops get an A+ from me and my husband! He’s recently been suffering idiopathic hypersomnia and the brain fog is a STRUGGLE. He takes these drops in all his daily drinks and you can tell a difference in his alertness and ability to stay awake. Not even a stimulant prescription could do this! I have just about finished one bottle and I really am not sure if it is helping my brain or not. I see that you recommended taking a squirt 4 to 10 times a day. I started out using only 2 or 3 times but I am now taking it 3 or 4 times a day. I am going to up it starting this week. I do feel that the hydration part is great. I definitely like it better than all the other kinds that I have used, I do know that by the time I reach the end of my original 3 month subscription that I would have had stockpile of unused bottles so I have delayed my order for a month.

I have had almost daily headaches since I was 16 years old (now 30). I’ve consumed numerous bottles of excedrin over the years to get by - until buoy!! I started realizing I may have an autonomic disorder, and looked into trying buoy to see if it helped. MY GOODNESS DID IT. Headaches virtually GONE! I still get two or three the week before/of my menstrual cycle, but my day to day headaches are GONE. completely. It’s been an absolute life saver and I don’t go anywhere without a bottle of buoy with me. My only regret is I didn’t find this sooner.
