When I received my package I could see thru the clear tape that one of the items had leaked out I opened up the package to discover one of the sample bags the seal wasn't sealed closed and the laundry detergent was in the bottom of the box. It was a glitch in the seal it wasn't torn just NOT SEALED

Unfortunately they didn't pack as much of a punch as I was hoping for. All smelled great! Just didn't stick to the clothes that strongly. Maybe the liquid version will be as strong as my Zum detergent from Amazon for scent boosting. I got the sample pack. Only 2 washes per pack as far as amount.

The detergent is great but every bag was only heat sealed above the zipper and not zipped closed. So once you open them you can’t reseal because the zipper seal is covered with detergent. I understand being in a rush to package product but I expected to be able to reseal the bags. Just an annoyance.
