Just about every connection leak due to the fact that the threads were not tight. I wrapped them with the seal tape on the threads and they still live. One of the connections were so loose you could wiggle that. I sent in emails and photograph to your customer service department.

Wish it would’ve had an on/off switch. You have to unplug it to get it to turn off. The power cable is very short. It does have better return force than the pump my pool came with. The suction doesn’t seem to be any different than the original.

Why aren't they more explicit in this model? It doesn't have a switch to turn it on/off. You have to disconnect the cable from the GFCI to change the pump's operation. The connection cable motor is very short, so you have to use an extension cord, and that's not recommended.

The setup instructions are completely unhelpful. This pump is a total waste — the so-called platform it comes with doesn’t even fit properly, and there’s no timer on it so you just plug it in and unplug it to turn it off. After finally getting it set up, I was extremely disappointed to find it had almost no pressure at all. The small pump that originally came with my pool worked way better than this one. If I could give it zero stars, I absolutely would.
