I just receive my Luxe Foundation. The plastic was already torn off the top like someone else received it and had already opened it. So I took it out and the pump doesn't even work. I've primed it maybe fifty times and nothing comes out! Is this how it's supposed to work to be?

Love the idea of a color matching foundation. When this arrived, the pump didn’t work. When I looked inside the container, the foundation was a paste like consistency. This made it too thick for the pump to do its job. Bummed!🙁

Loved the color match, but the bottle is terrible. Wouldn’t pump at all—shook and tried everything. When I removed the pump, the tube was barely coated, making it seem too thick or nearly empty. Had to take it apart to use it. Would not repurchase.

This has to be the worst product I’ve bought. Why? I tried to get product out of bottle through the pump and well when I opened it (see photo) it was thicker than molasses it was gross. Finally a very very very small amount came out of bottle.Also saw they “redid” the design of product. Will return

Tried only 1 time & I couldn’t get the pump to work, so I took it from the bottle & it looked like cottage cheese, however, I tried it on my face, and I really like the way it felt and looked, can ! get 1 from the tube? I hear it is better & not clumpy? I’ll send this 1 back if u can swap for me?
