I've had the proofer for a bunch of years and and had to find creative ways to make multiple things fit. Then I finally ordered the proofer shelf and it works exactly as it should. I can do multiple loaf pans or quarter sheet pans at the same time. Putting it in at first was tricky with the legs swinging but I realized there are little studs to help secure them and it's super smooth now - and it is an extra cooling rack for after baking!

I like proof shelf. It works really well. My only issue with it is that it doesn’t sit well in the proofer. It’s like the shelf idea was an afterthought to the proofer. But it still works and offers a way to fit 2 loaves of bread in the proofer.

This shelf is exactly as advertised. It works great for my mini bread loves, allowing me to proof more loaves at the same time and bake them. This cuts down on my oven time as well! Perfect.

I made a mistake in shipping mode during order entry. I ordered 2 proofers to be shipped via USPS. Per Tracking website the items were submitted for shipment on 9-16-2024 but were not handed over to the carrier until 10-4-2024.( 16 days ) As of now ( 10-21-2024 the two proofers are still on a ship somewhere in the Pacific. Once they reach land I probably have 3 or 4 weeks until i receive them, Not happy with the speed of which my order moved. I acknowledge my error of carrier selection but this still falls far outside of your published delivery time expectations. Curious why it took 16 days to be handed over to a carrier

I've been using a homemade shelf in my proofer but this one is so much better and gives my pastries more room on two shelves. While I wish it locked a bit better, this little shelf is incredibly useful.

I use this rack all the time. Most of the time one batch of recipe is not enough for one rack to proof on, for example croissants. They need space to proof and grow. This is where an extra shelf is a must. Very useful and definitely recommended getting it

I skipped getting this rack when I originally got my proofer thinking I’d never need to proof two trays of stuff at once. Well… that was optimistic of me! I have had quite a few times where proofing two trays was necessary, and using this rack makes things *so* much easier. 10/10 absolutely recommend.

Until I got it! I was using shot glasses and another cooling rack as my second shelf. This rack is so much easier and sturdier!
