I made my return well over a week ago. Level Up RN emailed me stating to return my unopened package back to sender and I would be refunded. I thought it was sketchy to not email me a return label but I said ok and followed the instruction's that were emailed to me. Package was unopened. I returned it because it was arriving after a test that I needed it for. I returned the package within the appropriate time frame as well. This whole experience has been horrible. Hi Naverine

Peds was the hardest class by far so far in nursing school. I just finished my junior year & these flashcards HELPED SO MUCH on frequently-tested things & are really cut down to the need-to-know. I still also used my own notes to study but used these flashcards after my notes, to really narrow it down & know what to focus on. I’ll probably order them for maternity & OB next!

Many cards arrived with markings on them. They are too expensive not to arrive in good condition. Disappointing quality. They are however, helpful on my exams. Hi Aliya
We looked over all our records and it seems you never reached out to our customer service team - You will be receiving a separate email as we agree and have the desire to make this right for you. Not to mention that looks a bit like a shoe marking, so we would love more information - like did these arrive sealed? All our items come sealed and we take great lengths to insure proper padding during transit. Either way, if you can respond to our email we would be thrilled to correct this for you.

Professor A has been drooling over my cards since last fall in Pharm, so I got her the Peds flashcards and she's so excited. She says that Cathy Parkes and team are so succinct and get down to business, meaning that you guys tell us what we need to know and no fluff. She also uses some Level Up RN videos to drive home her lecture points. We love Level Up RN!

Before purchasing these cards I was so nervous for my first Peds Exam because I heard that it would be extremely hard. These flashcards broke everything down in a way I could remember the content, and I brought them everywhere with me. I scored a 95 on my exam!
