Our pharmacology cards were updated for 2020, and the latest therapeutic range for digoxin is generally accepted as 0.5-2 ng/mL (per .gov, peer-reviewed sources from 2020). Our Lab Values deck was developed in 2019, and the peer-reviewed sources used at that time had a slightly different range (0.8-2 ng/mL). However, I would urge you NOT get hung up on these slight differences. You will notice that therapeutic ranges for ALL labs will vary slightly across sources, and they will change slightly over time. For a nursing exam, if you are given a lab value that is out-of-range, it will likely be VERY out-of-range. For example, with digoxin, it will likely be over 2.0 ng/mL

As a first semester student in an accelerated nursing program I can say unequivocally that these cards are the truth! The cool chicken hint, the red blood lettering pops in my head when I see questions pertaining to their top on the exam. I’ll keep using. P.S. The videos are amazing as well. Shout out to Meris!

I ordered these because it has been over 10 years since I was in the nursing program and I am leaving my Accounting career to pursue my dream of being a RN. I start my Medical Assistant classes soon (to transition me back in the field before RN school starts next year) and I love the cards that give me so much information that I know I will need. I love the sayings to help me in remembering things. These are going to be so helpful on my journey to becoming a nurse!!

I was having a really rough time juggling Health Assessment and Fundamentals to the point of me failing my second HA exam and was concerned about failing the course in general. I found out that LevelUp RN had flashcards for HA, I ordered em. Studied my ***** off for 8 days to be exact, and final grades came out and I went from an F in the course to passing w/ a B-. I am very happy that I was able to get my hands on Level Up RN's flashcards. I have been a CNA for the past 8 years and am currently in an LVN program. I love that you can take the flashcards with you ANYWHERE. Studying on-the-go is a must, since I am a full time student, full time hospital worker and full time mother. Cathy makes learning easier to understand. I am currently taking her advice on how to study with the cards and I HIGHLY recommend you watch her YouTube videos. I play them while I'm in the car.
