I have found the flash card system and integrated digital resources to be an essential part continued learning new grad nurses and even experiences must do. I love the fact that the card system delivers critical facts in bit sized pieces so you can really absorb the information. Lets face it information is learned by repetitition. How many times can you read your hundreds of pages text book cover to cover? But you can flip through some cards with just a few minutes. I bought almost the entire card system with the exception of Pharmacology and nutrition. This is information you can keep going back to and then use again and again as you eventually precept or mentor others throughout your career.

I have the entire set and they are incredibly helpful along with their YouTube videos. I’ve bought multiple resources including the made easy series, Saunders, Mosby's, F. A. Davis, other Etsy sellers, etc. and none of them compare to the level of learning from these flashcards.
