Brownies are my favorite but these lacked something, sugar? Taste? I really wanted to love these. They had everything going for them. Better if hot. That's why it's 3 stars. Cold or room temp just meh.

I think 5-7 days just to ship the order out is excessive. I also paid for priority shipping and that took 5 days as well. I think your shipping times need to be clearer. Perhaps I missed the initial note about 5-7 days to put the order together but I only saw it after I paid. Food was good but be prepared to wait almost two weeks. Food ordered 4/2/25 and delivered 4/14/25.
