I hate to have to write this but I had my first and last experience with Buckeye recently. I bought a four-pack of brownies for my husband’s birthday along with a pack of bombs. The bombs were good, the brownies were disappointing. We expected them to be packed with flavor - a party in our mouths - and they had very little flavor. The peanut butter ones had some flavor but the other two, very little. Further… i paid for 2-3 day shipping and they didn’t even leave Buckeye until after that. As a result, they arrived several days after my husband’s birthday. There is zero (ZERO) customer service to speak of. I searched the website for an opportunity to write or call someone about the late shipping - zero. Lastly, with all the money this company spends on marketing, their website is awful. I went back four times before ordering because it’s not straightforward. I wanted a description of each brownie, which seems obvious, but doesn’t exist. I wanted to order six brownies but that didn’t appear to exist either. I want to support small business but i won’t be a customer going forward.
