Have to add a little bit of creamer to it not bad little strong first day trying it. It really does give you a lot of energy. I like that about it wouldn’t drink it too late in the day. Might have to give it a couple more days to see if I will buy it again. It is a really big bag which I do like it does come with a scooper which I do like get it a four star rating to the fact it is just a little too strong for me, but like I said, I do like it and we’ll have to drink it earlier in the day And do you have to add creamer to get the strength down a little bit? It comes with a clear scooper.
