I gave it 3 stars because: it's a little much to take 3 capsules daily and you only get 15 servings (lasting 1/2 the month) I use the other collagen product that recommends One tablet daily for 1 serving. For me, it's simple and you get 30 tablets lasting a month.

I am disappointed that the only options are 45 count, which is a 15 day supply, but no option for a 2 pack. A 3 pack option is available, however, if I want to subscribe, the options are by month…therefore, I would be getting a 45 day supply every 30 days! It doesn’t make sense at all!
