Mainly giving a 1 star because I'm disappointed in how much I got. Barely half full. I bought two of these at a grocery store and was excited because I know you guys are a great brand but this is ridiculous. If this is to make the long scooper fit, I would rather have a full amount.

I have been using vital proteins collagen peptides for over a year now. I tried the ancient nutrition while watching a Pastor Alan Jackson message there was an advertisement. I find this to cost more but it's supposed to have an extra benefit for gut health. I'm not sure of that result yet. However, with the higher price and the fact that it's chalkier and doesn't all dissolve as well as what I'm used to, I will go back to my other brand. My use was dissolving it in my coffee so it was hot and I started a lot but there was still always some in the bottom of the cup.

I like that a good source of vitamin C is included to assist absorption . Need to take it longer to form an opinion. Doesn’t fully dissolve is my only issue so far.

I went to my nearest local supplier and purchased Multi Collagen and began collagen loading for two weeks. By the end of the second week My nails were no longer chipping and peeling so I used the recommended dosage of 1 scoop per day. Now after two months my nails have continued to grow out and the new nails are stronger than ever. Plus my hair is stronger and my gut more stable.

Although I read the benefits of this product, I do not like the fresh scent it leaves when I drink it with water, so I may try mixing it with a beverage. I'm on first can and have used for approx 2 weeks, so I'll wait a bit longer to determine if it really works for me. I will recommend but I have not used the product long enough.
