My hair broke off in inch-long pieces, and my nails shredded down to the quick, after a nasty car accident. I went from long hair to less than shoulder length. It was scare. My new Collagen-All-In-One has made such a difference in my life! I can't believe it. I have energy again. Thus stuff mixes so well in the blender. I love it! I like using both the collagen and the broth protein intermittently through the day. My skin is more supple and my energy is always much better when taking the protein as well.
