The product is easy to assemble. The quality is standard, it’s plastic product and assembled similar to an IKEA but stress tolerance is good. I weigh 125lbs and the mobility is good. The product works as stated and I love how easy it is to use for kegels.

This came so fast! Everything seems to be working as it should. I love that it comes with the resistance band handles so you can work your arms a little too! The remote works well, overall I’m very happy with it.

Delivery was fast. As soon as I got on it, I love it. It is super easy and doesn't even seem like you are working out. The body just naturally flows with it. It is not compkicated and you can do additional movements safely to add to your workout. Five stars plus.
