This matcha was great! It was sort of bitter but it fully disappeared when I made it in a latte. Its perfect and not expensive!

This is an absolute favorite in my house. This brand is delicious. Never let's me down. It is rich in umami flavor from the fermented black beans. If you like spicy you can add that in, since my kids love this I use sweet peppers to the dish. You can use any type of protein you wish.
