Buyer beware. I bought a black pair and liked them so much I tgen bought a taupe pair. They are made differently! The black pair had a padded heel counter that prevented my feet from slipping out. The taupe pair has a thin satin heel counter that is so slippery my feet just come right out when walking. And to top it off, you don't get a full refund if you return them - they take about $5 right off the top. I don't know if there is free shipping - I didn't get that far in the process. I'm going to buy some heel pads and see if those work first.
