I am not a flavored coffee fan. I don't buy it, I don't drink it, I don't like the way they smell so overwhelming sweet/fake. Black coffee is where my taste buds are happy. I wanted to buy some of the mugs from Bone's, and decided to try some of the coffee too because why not. If I hated it then I would just take it to work and let my coworkers have at it. This maple bacon is WOW. No cream no sugar, just brewed and black, the flavor notes are smooth smoked bacon with a breath layer of the maple. The flavor is not overpowering. The flavor is not trying to cover a bad bean.

I enjoy all of the Bones coffees especially the flavored ones. I was really looking forward to the maple bacon but I haven't been able to pick up on either flavor, and Idrink my coffee black so I'm not covering it up with something else. The coffee is smooth and tasty regardless.

Great coffee. Would have 5 stars but I was sent whole bean instead of ground. Dont know how that happened. I ordered 3 bags got 2 ground and one whole bean. Guess I should be more careful next time
