The coffee quality is great! I like the flavors, they are true to what the descriptions are on the website. I took a star off for the packaging. The pull tab and reseal dont work. Reseal not glued to front so is pointless when ai got pull tab open properly.

Listen. This is such an amazing company and product. So I opened the package wrong. Apparently you’re supposed to pull the tabs from the back that way the package can reseal. I opened it from the front. I emailed customer service to see if they could tell me how to open it so I don’t ruin my coffee in the future. Not only was the response super fast but Riana sent a video on how to AND sent a replacement. The price is a little expensive but when you take into account that this is a small business that ethically sources the coffee it makes it worth it 100%
