The capsules are easy to swallow. I like very much that Solaray has a serving size equal to three VegCaps. I prefer to take smaller doses of vitamins multiple times a day versus one dose. My body does better on smaller amounts of vitamins at a given time. Thank you Solaray!

The product is good the delivery driver or UPS is poor. Probably be easier to drive to your outlet than to get delivery from UPS. Why? Because the driver either leaves in in the street or usually just leaves a note saying I tried to deliver but now you must chase your package down at a local ups office.
