Not really sure what it's supposed to be doing I thought it was going to have me pooping all the time but I don't think that my stool has increased it has been easier to go I've seen an increase in gas but that's about it now when I take it with my medicine I feel like I do get max absorption

Only taken a couple times. I side effects good or bad to report ,but packaging is nicer than usual store bought brands,love the labeling ,wish there was more instructions or info that it came with but happy over all.

Had a chronic gas & bloating thing going on and getting worse for over a year. Finally gave in to the idea of digestive enzymes. Didn't want an obvious, annoying sprinkle product, or another pill to take with water, so I settled on these at Sprouts (affordable too). Honestly, I think they're giving me back my life. Only a week in but noticeably less gas each day and I notice I'm not always hungry, so maybe I do need extra enzymes in order to actually absorb nutrition & feel "full". Something to keep working on but I'm so thankful for the relief I'm getting right now!
