As a previous Luxe Bidet owner, I was happy to see a new model with a new add-on - deodorizing spray. In the past, I found installing Luxe bidet's an easy install and that continued with this new model. The installation of the Bidet and cold water connection only required about 20 minutes. To connect the hot water, it required another 20 mainly because I had to decide how I wanted to tap into the sink's hot water pipe. Fortunately, Luxe gives the parts that you need. I only had to drill a small (about a 1/4") hole in the bottom of the sink vanity side so I could run the hot water hose through the vanity up to the hot water valve. From there, I used the included t-adapter and it worked out well. If you live in the northern states, you will want a bidet with a hot water connection. It is very minimal in cost to get one with it and if you decide not to use the hot water line, you can use the supplied Cap to close off the hot water on the Bidet. It works with or without hot water with no issues. The fit was nice and the deodorizing spray worked better then I thought it would. I was surprised. If you have used another brands spray previously, you will appreciate this new deodorizing spray model. It works well! I think any DIY type person will have no issues installing this bidet and even those who can get around with some light tools should have no problem with the installation. Luxe Support did a fantastic job on a previous installation issue I had! Very easy to work with if you need them! I highly recommend not just the Luxe brand of Bidet's, but this model in particular thanks to the new deodorizing spray attachment.

During the height of the Covid pandemic in 2020 when toilet paper was in short supply, I purchased my first Luxe Bidet for our primary bathroom based on my neighbor’s enthusiastic recommendation regarding both the bidet and the Luxe company. I subsequently have recommended Luxe Bidet to a number of other friends and neighbors who have also purchased and loved their Luxe Bidets. The model I bought at that time was the NEO 320 which provides cool or warm water washing option. During the installation, which I did myself, there were a couple times when I had to contact Luxe to ask questions about the bidet and its installation. They immediately responded to my questions and provided an additional part I needed at no cost. It was then that I learned how amazing and accommodating this company is. I recently replaced that original NEO Bidet with the Luxe Whift 320 Bidet which (as of this review) is their newest model update. Among other things, the main differences between my original and new Whift model are that the updated model attaches to the toilet body differently, allowing you to flip up the bidet to easily clean the rear of the toilet bowl. Also, the new model is designed to easily slide onto or off of the toilet if needed. Most notably, the new Whift model includes an attached deodorant sprayer which, by pushing a button, is used to spray a liquid fragrance into the bowl prior to using the toilet in order to trap odors from escaping the bowl. With my original NEO 320 bidet, which doesn’t have the attached deodorizer, I purchased their separate Whift spray bottles (several scents available on their website) which serve the same purpose but are a bit less convenient than the attached dispenser on the new bidet model. Although I didn’t see it prescribed on their website, I also spray a little of the Whift scents in the bowl even when not using the toilet which gives the entire bathroom a fresh smell. My new Whift 320 came with all of the parts needed to install the bidet onto the toilet and hook up to the existing plumbing. It is fairly easy to install yourself, however some of my friends who I had recommended purchasing a Luxe Bidet felt more comfortable having someone with plumbing experience install their bidet rather than doing it themselves. I absolutely love the new Luxe Whift 320 Bidet as much as I loved my first model. However, the new features available with the updated Whift 320 make it even more remarkable. Prior to getting my initial bidet during Covid, I never would have thought about using a bidet and didn’t even know a bidet could be hooked up to your existing toilet. The Luxe Bidet is a “game changer” and I could never go back to NOT having a bidet. In addition, I have found the customer service at Luxe to be exceptional! I highly recommend the Luxe Whift 320 Bidet. I also recommend visiting the Luxe Bidet website to see all of their other bidet models and available accessories and other products they offer.

Our new Neo Plus 120 Whift Luxe bidet is a very solid product. The unit has an exceptional build quality, smooth operating knobs and a very precise water spray pattern. This bidet is easy to install, easy to use and it works flawlessly. The push button for the fragrant spray is surrounded by a substantial flange where your fingers naturally rest while your thumb depresses the button. Excellent ergonomic design. The spray is perfectly delivered into the center of the bowl. Our bidet came with a Lemon Peel scent. It has a delightful aroma and it is very effective in maintaining a wonderful scent in the bathroom. Two presses before going #2 and all is well. We will be trying the English Lavender and Ocean Mist scents soon. We have used air fresheners and direct toilet bowl sprays in the past. When I first saw the Whift model, I thought it was a little silly and unnecessary. We replaced a Neo Plus bidet in one of our bathrooms to see how well it worked. We have been using it for about two months now and we love it. The light mist that is delivered with each press of the button seems to be very economical. We still have over a third of a bottle left. We have continued using a manual modified body splash spray in the other bathroom bowl for a comparison. Occasionally, when I am in that room, I find myself reaching for a Whift button, out of habit. For those of us who have been using a Luxe bidet for a while, we often find ourselves reaching for the bidet knob on our right for cleaning when we are not a home. I installed a couple of Neo bidetsat a friend's house a few years ago. After one of his recent business trips, he told me he missed his wife almost as much as he missed his bidet. These new bidets are awesome. We consider them to be a great value for the cost. We will be ordering another new Whift for our second bathroom. Luxe's customer service department has always been so easy to work with for parts or for new items. Their communication responses have been very prompt. They seem go out of their way to make sure we are happy customers. I highly recommend this company and the products we have used. If you have never used a bidet, you may find out how quickly you can become spoiled by the experience and cleanliness. You may never want to leave home without one!

This is the best far! Super easy to install, the bidet lifts out of the way for easier cleaning, and if you have a hot water source nearby, you can have warm water for your cleaning! Great product! We have your products in two houses and love them!

Moving from the Neo 320 plus to the Whift 320 the installation was straight-forward. The controls are simple, and easy. If you want a bidet that works every time and doesn’t annoy you with overdesigned nonsense, the Whift 320 is the move. The lemon peel deodorizer is amazing!

Being user of Luxe products for almost a decade,found Whift 320 fully up to my expectation. Easy to install, no professional needed, just have some basic know how with a couple of tools and it is done. Dual wash modes with option to connect both hot and cold water makes it much user friendly for winter months. A no-hassle for house makers by having self cleaning feature. Moreover the Whift air freshener attachment is another convenience for bigger families and heavy guest traffic homes to get rid of unwanted smells.

This is an upgrade from the Neo 320. The instruction manual and videos made installation very simple. I have loved the Luxe since I first used it. The addition of the deodorizer makes a very good product, virtually perfect.

I’ve been using a 320 from a few years ago, in the main floor half bath, and I love that thing. Still working great, and it’s made bidet converts out of several of our visitors over the years. But the new one with the built in Whift sprayer is even better. The handle feels improved, the water pressure and temperature control is still awesome, and the odor control is a cut above. The manufacturing quality is surprising robust, and the included hoses are top notch. Installation is super easy as well. I used to use deodorizer in the air after doing the deed, but putting the spray in the water was an act of genius. And the lavender scent is very nice and not overpowering. Now, I’m getting more exercise because I like to go upstairs to use the new Luxe 320 Whift bidet!
