Once I was able to shut the water off--which I was only able to do thanks to Luxe's customer service representative Kris advising me to wrap a vinegar-soaked rag over the handle to dissolve the calcium deposits that made it impossible to budge the handle--installation was easy as the printed instructions were very clear. Bidet works great and already I'm a bidet convert!
