I have installed 5 of these in 4 different houses and everyone loves them. The fifth one had some leaking issue but LUXE made it right and gave me a new one which is working great. Love my Luxe bidet. I am very happy and satisfied with my purchase. It is doing its job very well. Lately I had some issue with the product, after using the product for 11 months and I contacted Luxe and they send me a brand new one without any questions, since it was under extended warranty which they offered for free when I origionally bought the product. I am very pleased with the Luxe company and the product. I am glad that I bought this product and I certainly recommend everyone should buy this which is very effective and give you very satisfying clean sence after use.

Having served in the Navy in SE Asia, Okinawa and Japan in the 70s, I had seen bidets in the rare hotel I would visit. Finally thought about buying one, but I thought the cost would be quite high. Luxe NEO 180 is the right price, easy to install and very nice to use. Happy customer here.

Love my bidet! Easy installation. Great for people with hemorrhoids. This version works great. I was skeptical about if I wanted the warm water feature but it does a fine job without warm water. It’s honestly hard to use a toilet that doesn’t have a bidet now.

The 180 is great! Sure, you don’t get warm water from it but that’s no big deal. Usually you have to run the hot water for a while to get it to you and that’s an unnecessary pain.
