I knew without even opening my box it was broken! The box was intact so the shipper had to know they were sending out something broken. Very disappointed as this was to be a gift, but TikTok shop handled the issue perfectly and satisfied me with their response. I will continue to purchase loknlok products, but do wish that more care was given when sending products out to customers.
