To me Black eyeliner is better than brown, especially if it gives a thin line upon application. This liquid liner is easy to apply and gives a perfect complete thin line without a mess. I apply it over any eyes shadow and it still works. The color stays all day and the color doesn't fade. My old eyes look beautiful.

I ordered two items and they arrived in a large box with no packing materials. The eyeliner lid was off and the product completely dried out. Upon further inspection, the eyeliner never had a safety seal, so I doubt I would have used the makeup, even if the lid had remained intact during shipment.
