It is thin wet texture but can build. I bought my two closest colors. I mix to get the right shade. If you have the On Til Dawn waterproof setting spray. That helps a lot Skin type: Fair pinky/cool undertone normal skin type 47uears old Performance: Did very well with setting spray

Color is highly pigmented. Glided on very easily and I have clumsy hands! Can smudge for dramatic look or a thin line for every day. It stays all day and comes off nicely with make up remover. I love it, but I need the correct sharpener to keep tip very precise. One of the best pencils I’ve tried.
