Cozy up this season with this savory French Onion Panade recipe, perfect for holiday gatherings and gifting @lecreuset. ✨🥖🧅❄️ Follow the recipe below and snag this dutch oven on our TikTok Shop! 1 stick butter, divided 6 medium onions, sliced 1 tsp. sugar 1/4 tsp. salt, divided 2 cups lightly packed spinach or chard leaves 6 cups day-old crusty bread, torn into pieces 2 cups grated Gruyere cheese 1 tsp. fresh black pepper 3 cups chicken stock, warm   Melt half the butter in the Le Creuset dutch oven. Add sliced onions, sugar & a pinch of salt; cook on low until caramelized, about 45-50 minutes. Stir in spinach or chard, steam until wilted. Remove 2/3 of the onion and greens. Layer 1/3 of the bread on top of the onion and greens remaining in the pot and top with 1/3 of the grated cheese. Repeat with two more layers of onions and greens, bread, then cheese, sprinkling a little black pepper with each layer. Pour warm chicken stock over, let soak for 10 minutes. Cover & bake at 325°F for 50 minutes. Increase oven to 375°F, dot with remaining butter, bake uncovered 15-20 minutes until golden. Enjoy!
