This is the best sugar substitute I have ever tried and I believe I have tried them all. The organic has a rich, satisfying taste that makes me not miss regular sugar at all. Perfect 1:1 replacement although I use it at less than the recipe calls for for instance I made a choc chip skillet recipe and instead of 1.5 cups sugar I used 1 cup Lakanto. My husband and I agree it was sweet enough!
