This is a great sugar substitute and I believe allulose is healthier than erithrytol, which is in the original. I've used it for baking, and it turned out well.

I used this in a recipe, but tasted it first. The recipe came out fine, but the taste was more of caramel than molasses that raw sugar has.

It is not as sweet as the other version of Monkfruit with Erythritol, so instead of 3/4 of a cup in my muffins I would have to use 1 cup. In baking it also does seem to have a different flavor, which is not as authentic to real sugar. So I'll to back to the Golden Monkfruit Sweetener with Erythritol.

Great sweetener substitute and sugar replacement. Made candied pecan with this and it caramelizes just like sugar and taste delicious. Excellent quality.

I prefer allulose to the other sugar substitutes, since it has not yet been associated with the big "C" word (cancer). However, allulose, unlike Erythritol, tends to clump and make measuring a cup take extra effort. It's annoying.
Since I like the granular quality of erythritol, I checked reviews and ordered the Golden sweetener from Lakanto. It's perfect; the granules have not clumped in two different bags and they measure easily. I can make my own syrups without under or over-sweetening. I add stevia to plain allulose because allulose is 70% as sweet, but the monkfruit blend I add no extra sweetening.
The only negative is that my "milk" was not white, and my diet vanilla sweetener for tea (refilling a Torani bottle) looks. . . not enticing. It's brown, ha ha. Tastes fine, though.

I love monkfruit with allolose. the combination helps me reduce belly fat, which is a constant afflication I have when i eat gluten.
