Received item but small issue didn't fit around knee area it a good product. I had to hold it in place and put pressure on it to feel it and yes it does help hope they can do it in a XXL size to wrap around knee area for plus size people.

Caught this on a Black Friday sale and decided to give it a shot. I have a torn meniscus and Osteoarthritis in my knee, so I'm usually in pain daily. This give me some much needed relief, but my only con is that the straps do not stretch. Not 1 size fits all. It also came very late.

The vibration levels 1-9 are effective. The heat levels 1-9 are less effective because they only heat in two very targeted spots instead of emanating heat all around the knee. The electrodes are quite effective and do a great job on levels 1-3. However, levels 4 & 5 Began to send very sharp electrical signals through the muscles, which are rather uncomfortable at level 4 and are quite painful at level 5. Overall, this is a decent attempt at a knee massager, but the stiff plastic molding design, the too-small elastic leg band, & the lvl4-5 electrode fiascos, it’s only OK.

It only vibrates , does not massage, and it only heats in 2 parts of knee, one on the top which started burning my knee on the lowest setting, def returning, do not know why it heats on the top of your knee

Oh my God this machine is so good. I got arthritis in my knees. Oh my God I put the sharp pads on. It feels so good and as I was reading the directions, you could use it on your back of your shoulders your arms wow this machine get thumbs up number one.
