I love how it was packaged and ships in a timely manner. The hand massager feels so good on either hand you choose to use and you can set it to the level of comfort that works best for you.

It came quickly and works well, it really helps ease the pain in my hand from arthritis and trigger finger. Make sure to fully charge when it arrives, and slide the lock towards the lock in order to operate it. Also, hold your finger on the start and other buttons to turn on or adjust the settings, they are not short press buttons.
