This thing is AMAZING!! I have arthritis in my thumb joint and awaiting surgery. Im in a LOT of pain in my right thumb joint/wrist. Many of these massages dont hit that area. I got this last night, after a long day I ripped it open, was fully charged so I used it immediately and omg!! I cannot say how much it helped. I only wish it had an option for cooling as well as heating.

It came quickly and works well, it really helps ease the pain in my hand from arthritis and trigger finger. Make sure to fully charge when it arrives, and slide the lock towards the lock in order to operate it. Also, hold your finger on the start and other buttons to turn on or adjust the settings, they are not short press buttons.
