These IQ Bars have become my crutches as I heal a long standing gut issue. They have been instrumental in keeping me fueled and enjoying a sometimes difficult process. The gingerbread and pumpkin are my favorites, but maybe because they are seasonal and therefore more precious for their scarcity. But the Chocolate Sea Salt, the Mint and the Peanut Butter are always in my cupboard. I've even given one away in a pinch, (hate to run low), only to have friends rave at the discovery. Delicious, healthy, helpful and not ridiculously expensive for all they give in return. Can't recommend them highly enough!

These would be my favorite, but watch for small pieces of Almond or shell? Hard things. My least favorite is pumpkin ,don't like the spice in it at all !! must be clove oil numbs my tongue and not a fresh pumpkin taste, way strong, cardamon maybe cloves not sure. Terrible flavor. Chocolate seems best ones.

I didn’t get my subscription changed in time before they were shipped out. And they went ahead and sent a box of the mint bars at no charge!!! Over and beyond my expectations!!! I love the bars and have never been disappointed in any of them.

Oh my goodness are you kidding me? I love these bars and we got a various variety of them last shipment. Have had the blueberry and the gingerbread and today the chocolate mint and loved everyone. Let you know how the others taste but earlier and the reason I ordered these were because we loved the pumpkin. So healthy and I give them to my grandbaby. He is 27 months old and loves them.
