I really like the chocolate lovers variety IQ Bars! I they are tasty., have a good texture, chewy and satisfying. They have a nice aroma. My granddaughter likes them too! I like that they are lower in calories and carbs and sugar than a lot of bars that I have tried. They are high in protein too! They satisfy my hunger and my granddaughter’s hunger for a long time. My daughter will be ordering these bars. I will reorder these bars for sure. I’m going to let my husband give them a try too.

I am very pleased with this product! After finding out I have alpha gal these vegan bars are perfect for getting some extra safe protein! They have been my go to! They taste good and are filling. Bonus for being low carb and low sugar! Highly recommend!

Seriously. These are So Good!! Low in calories, nothing unnecessary like fillers or corn syrup, and Lion’s Mane and other beneficial substances. Studies are beginning to demonstrate that the claimed benefits for these ingredients, e.g. brain and heart health and reduction of inflammation, are very likely true. Since we seem to never want to respect the wisdom of any native groups who have been using them for those reason reasons forever... And did I say they’re really delicious? They really are!

Every morning I wake up feeling tired and sluggish as if the previous night's sleep didn't exist. And no matter how many times I hit the snooze button, drink my cup of tea, or shower in ice-cold water (brutal), I've always felt like I could do a little bit more if I had just a little more focus and energy. Enter IQBAR. Does it taste like a Michelin meal? Of course not. But what it provides in brain nutrients and protein is unrivaled, and they don't taste bad at all (don't sleep on the Almond Butter Chip). I've tried all the bars, shakes, and magic potions, but nothing comes close. I've already noticed how I've been able to get way more stuff done since I started eating them. And for 1g of sugar per bar, I may end up eating 24 of these a day (The AHA suggests an added-sugar limit of no more than 24 grams of sugar a day). Welcome to binge town.
