I purchased this in late October to get ready for the Christmas holidays early. Never took them out of the box are used them until now. And all three houses are defective. The switch to operated the on and off timer has fallen into the glass house and I cannot get it out. This has happened to all three houses. Apparently I got a bad set are these are made very poorly. I want to return and replace but the window has closed which is bad customer service on your part. This review doesn’t deserve one star!!!
