I was an avid user of another brand of electrolytes until I realized it only contains sodium! I researched many brands looking for one with all 3 electrolytes. I decided to try IQMIX because these sticks contain sodium, magnesium, and potassium along with lions mane and vitamin A. Only 10 calories and 3g carbs per stick. Per stick, IQMIX is also less expensive than my previous brand. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because I have to use a whole stick per 40 oz of water to get the flavor intensity where I want it. With the previous brand I could use 1/2 stick per 40 oz water, which made the product last longer. Over all, though, I am happy with the switch and with what I am gaining from IQMIX.
