I vote ur bloated. Try this. I’m 120 lbs and most days I have abs unless I cheat with food (Taco Bell, chincken wings blah) I’m a very frequent gym goer and I vote yay. Insides feel clean, empty, weightless. If you think you gained a couple lbs try this first because it maybe water weight and bloating. Ether way. This keeps my abs for those too see.
