These taste really good and you do not get the gutters from the caffeine which is in the form of green coffee bean extract. It has vitamins B 6&12 and Riboflavin and a tiny amount of Fiber. Great to carry with you if you need a quick pick me up.

I'm liking the bloom energy sticks.. They do in fact give you energy.. The only thing i don't like is the fact they don't have bloom super fruit and veggie ingredients.. I thought they would be green with the same look and taste, Which I LOVE.. But all and all I give these a 9.5 out of 10..Honestly.
