I combined it with my electrolytes doesnt have flavor doesnt have any aftertaste.Recommend to give a try.

Effectiveness: I don’t know what it suppose to do but once I took it like 1 hour later I needed to go to the restroom. Taste: The taste was really good. No chalky or powdery taste.
