They are light and feel soft to walk around. I actually do not feel the pain in my heel, which I suffer from, when I use these. Unfortunately they are exactly 10 inches long which is the same size as my feet. I had given this information to the company before ordering them to see what they suggest in sizing and they sent me these in size 8. My husband says I have kids shoes on, lol. Keeping to see if they stretch out and only use around the house but I believe they should have sent me a size 9 to fit me best.
