I can’t stop making this cobbler all year long ✨🤤 It’s amazing with any fruit you want 🍑🍓🍒🫐 Make & Enjoy 🙌🏻👏🏻😍 Out my mine and Turner Farm’s amazing sourdough cookbook ❌⭕️ SOURDOUGH RASPBERRY COBBLER MAKES 1 12”cast iron cobbler or 6 large servings • ½ cup butter, cut up • 1 cup White Kamut flour or organic all-purpose flour • 1 cup sugar • 2 tsp baking powder • ¾ cup milk • ⅓ cup sourdough discard • ¾ cup fresh or frozen raspberries • ½ cup packed brown sugar • ¼ tsp cinnamon 1 - Preheat oven to 350°F. 2 - Melt butter in an 11”-12” cast iron skillet in the oven. Remove the skillet from the oven. 3 - Stir flour, sugar, and baking powder in a medium bowl. Stir in milk and discard. Gently pour the batter evenly over the butter in the baking pan. Do not stir. 4 - Sprinkle raspberries evenly over the batter. Top with brown sugar and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake for 40 minutes or until the cobbler is well browned and the center is cooked.
