My hair has recently become wavy (thank you, Menopause?) which is amazing! But my hair is also prone to being oily with use of 'heavy' products or products that are good at locking in the moisture your hair needs. This is very 'light' - never feels heavy or like I haven't gotten all the product out. No residue to make my hair look oily. And I love the pouch refill. I highly recommend this product for wavy hair that is thin or tends to look oily - it's well worth the price! (I was NOT paid for this review!)

I’ve been using this shampoo & conditioner for about 4 or 5 years now and it’s the best product I’ve used. It’s increased my hair growth and strength I no longer suffer from split ends as much as I used too and I purchase it in the refill pouches now. You don’t need a lot a little goes a long way all the products I’ve tried I still use.

The Fine Hair Conditioner I purchased from QUAI is amazing as it gave an amazing volume to my limp hair, which got praised by all, and I was over the moon. I love the product and love that it is refillable. The bag material is so sturdy that I almost didn’t have the strength to squeeze it all out. I would love to see a liter bottle with a pump that is refillable.

I have fine hair and an oily scalp and I recently started using the shampoo and conditioner for fine hair. This shampoo & conditioner have changed my hair and scalp. I could never go 1 day without washing and I could smell the oil in my hair. These products seem to have balanced my scalp and my hair feels healthier and looks fuller. Buying the refills saves money and reduces waste. I also use the leave in conditioner and scalp drops and my hair looks and feels even better.

I've really been trying to work on my hair health lately. I have thin hair and noticed some areas thinning even more (didn't get blessed with good hair genes) and Ouai has been a saving grace. The fine shampoo/conditioner has been amazing. I also use the fine hair mask once a week along with the scalp serum and I've noticed such a difference in my hair. I only have to shampoo once or twice a week. My hair isn't as oily and just feels and looks healthier. I also started using the scalp serum and already seeing baby hairs coming in. Investment up front sure but the product lasts a long time and is just worth it

My hair is very soft and not tangly. I haven’t noticed my hair getting any thicker/fuller, but I’ll keep going. I’ve been using the shampoo since June.
