Smells good the the packaging is nonfunctional. I had to twist the pump for several minutes to get it to open. I read reviews about the faulty pump but ordered anyways hoping that mine wouldn’t be. But it didn’t work. The hand wash itself is nice and exfoliating. It doesn’t dry out my hands and the scent lasts for a while.
