It’s been a month Since I’ve been wearing the waist trainer and I noticed last night after I showered that there are scars in the middle lower back and it has caused scarring. The metal in the waist trainer is rubbing against my back because I am wearing it on my skin and not on clothes. Painful

Very disappointed when watching the live I was impressed that’s why I ordered this product. I’m very dissatisfied with it not staying in place as well as the budging out at the bottom and the top of my back. Product doesn’t give off sweat which is why I decided to try. The trainer rolls up at the bottom and the straps slids up as wells the do not stay in place. The length is long which made it uncomfortable for me under breast area. I ordered the size that the representative suggested and it does not fit snug. I probably could have got a smaller size. Not the bes

It's easy to put on and pull down. The real test was would it roll up when I sit down and I am proud to say it's doesn't. I wear size 20 and got a 4xl and it fits fine

Love the fit of this and it is perfect for working around the house and even lounging. I wore it to work and was comfortable enough. It does hold you in well. I can hardly wait until I can get into the lower size. I purchased a large off the recommendation of the person hosting the live.

They said it was for long torso and it wasn’t . My back is a little big so it kept rolling down at the back as soon as I sat down . So for my bigger girls I wouldn’t suggest it . I have to put my sports bra on just to cover what it didn’t.

I love this ! I’ve definitely seen progress in 2 weeks it doesn’t rise up whenever you bend down . It literally sucks you in so I would definitely get a bigger size and size down whenever you need to but other than that it’s perfect 10/10

Got it quickly. Was Soft and comfy however it is very long. After waring the bone in digs in my under breast area and crotch area and is painful. I have an average torso and not much stomach. Trying to get rid of back roll & tighten tummy. I’m 178 5’5”. Recommend for longer torso or larger stomach.

Comfortable enough that you can wear all day. It’s not scratchy against your skin, nor bulky under your clothes. Customer service is very good. Responds quickly. I want mine tighter so I will be exchanging for a size down. For reference, I’m 5’2 and 175. Ordered XL but will exchange for a L.
