Order down. I ordered an extra large it fit just fine, but didn’t have much compression so I ordered again a large and to be honest it feels exactly the same.

I would say size down I ordered my size came a little big but it's all preference. The only thing I'd say is it has a strong packaged smell to it other than that I'm definitely recommending I will.be purchasing more.
